Recirculating Heat System
Recirculating Heat System. Method of heating bakery ovens (q.v.) in which the burners (q.v.) are located externally to the baking chamber (q.v.). The heated air from the burners is circulated through the baking chamber by means of air ducts and fans, to be returned, for the most part, to the combustion chamber for reheating.
