Rotary-Moulded Cookies

Rotary-Moulded Cookies. Cookies (q.v.) made of a relatively firm dough (q.v.) that is pressed into variously shaped moulds or dies (q.v.) embossed in the surface of a large cylinder. The moulded dough pieces are extracted from the die cavities by a canvas belt and transferred onto the oven band (q.v.) for baking.
