Standardized Bakery Products. A category of baked foods, including white bread (q.v.), rolls and buns (q.v.), as well as such varieties as enriched bread (q.v.), milk bread (q.v.), raisin bread (q.v.), and whole wheat bread (q.v.) and their corresponding rolls and buns, that conform in their ingredient composition to the requirements promulgated by the FDA (q.v.) for these products.
