ADM Milling has developed a new sorghum flour for use in gluten-free and multigrain applications. The gluten-free brownie shown here was made with this new flour along with ADM’s VegeFull bean powder, DeZaan cocoa and Ambrosia chocolate. Used since ancient times, grain sorghum originated in Africa and India and is used around the world for bread, cookies and tortillas. ADM Milling’s new flour has a light color and neutral flavor, suiting it to use in cakes, cookies, bread and pancakes.
