Sara Lee expands its Bistro Collection of desserts

Sara Lee, Downers Grove, IL, expands its Bistro Collection of individual desserts. Designed for food service operators, the new desserts include Tiramisu, Red Velvet Layer Cake and No Sugar Added Chocolate Cream Pie, Lemon Layer Cake, Strawberry Cream Cheese Cream Pie and Turtle Cream Pie varieties. The pre-portioned, thaw-and-serve desserts are priced around $1.25 each.
