ChiaMax Omega-3 from P.L. Thomas is whole-grain chia seed, milled and partially defatted in a proprietary solvent-free process. This gluten-free, high-fiber flour boosts protein, fiber and omega-3 content of foods. In 100 g, it carries 51 g of fiber, 30 g of protein and 3 g of ALA omega-3. ChiaMax has a pleasant, mild nutty flavor and comes in both coarse cut for a particulate look and in a fine powder that helps with moisture retention in bakery products.
