RONDO introduces Curl & More, a flexible system that can automatically produce curled pastries such as croissants, soft salted sticks and soft pretzel sticks. Depending on the size of the dough piece, Curl & More can make filled or unfilled croissants and other curled pastries in two to six rows and at a capacity up to 12,000 units per hour. The line’s filling device enables applications of large amounts of fillings to produce croissants with a dough/filling ratio of 1:1 or where the weight of the filling can equal that of the dough.
