A liquid blend of natural and plant-derived ingredients, Fortium TR30 from Kemin Food Technologies, delays oxidation to maintain color in paprika and red-colored spice blends. It was developed as an alternative to traditional synthetic antioxidants to give formulators a cost-effective, consumer-friendly label option.
