Reading Bakery Systems’ Exact Mixing brand introduces the MKX continuous mixer that gently mixes and kneads high-absorption doughs. It produces highly developed doughs for products such as bread, pizza, English muffins, hamburger buns and tortillas. Dough production rates range from 200 to more than 10,000 kg per hour, and the MKX can be arranged in a variety of configurations based on available space. Its clamshell design allows easy sanitation and maintenance access.
