Whole grain rye flour from Bay State

Bay State Milling optimized whole grain rye flour to make it perform better in American-style bread and rolls. The rye flour’s extra-fine granulation improves its functionality in bread, where it works well in combination with whole wheat flour. Rye suppresses off-notes sometimes associated with whole wheat. At 14% total dietary fiber, the grain also has interesting health benefits that reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
