Crustinette from Rondo simplifies the makeup process for fermented doughs, making production of rustic breads simple and easy. The compact machine can produce many shapes and sizes from 10 to 500 g (0.5 to 18 oz), using various length cutters and blades. An optional long-moulding unit can be used to produce traditional baguettes.
