Milled and extruded from a custom blend of ancient grains including amaranth, quinoa, sorghum and millet, AncientGrisps from SK Food International are both whole grain and gluten-free. The crisps have a neutral flavor profile with a sweet, nutty taste suiting use in cereals, snack foods, confections, energy bars and granola and as toppings. The crisps are available as non-GMO or certified organic and carry kosher certification through Orthodox Union.
