Regal Bake and Regal Rise leavening agents from Innophos deliver controlled release, targeted volume, uniform cell structure and clean flavor. Regal Bake is a slow-acting leavener, while Regal Rise offers a moderate rate of reaction. They form thin-walled air cells in batters.
