Clean-label cake inclusions

Parker Products showcases its clean-label cake inclusions. These seven new inclusions are produced by a unique hot panning process that leaves lower moisture content in the final piece. This helps increase the shelf life of products made with the inclusions. The pieces are shelf stable, eliminating the need for frozen storage. The company removed artificial flavors and colors, PHOs, preservatives, and allergens from the formulations to achieve clean-label status. Flavors include carrot, vanilla, red velvet, lemon and German chocolate cake, plus brownie and pie crust.
