ELGIN, ILL. — The Middleby Corp. has acquired Stewart Systems Global, L.L.C., a manufacturer of baking systems for the food processing industry with annual revenues of approximately $30 million. The acquisition is expected to further strengthen Middleby’s portfolio of brands and technologies serving the food processing industry.
