CLEVELAND — Ganeden Biotech has moved its laboratory from Miami to its world headquarters in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Partners and customers now may take advantage of resources in a single facility, according to Ganeden Biotech, which manufactures and markets probiotics.

The R.&D. organization has capabilities ranging from strain selection and genetic identification to product development support and stability testing.

“Through the use of our lab, our clients are able to bring top quality, well-researched products to market in a very short period of time,” said Mike Bush, vice-president of business development. “We are able to provide services ranging from formulation assistance, enumeration, stress testing, genetic sequencing and process refinement – all at no cost to our partners and clients.”

The company’s GanedenBC30 (Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086) may be found in more than 60 food and beverage products, including baked foods, refrigerated beverages, drink mixes, prepared foods, milk, yogurt, confectionery items, nutrition bars and meal replacement powders.
