GLENDALE, CALIF. – IHOP is adding brioche french toast to the menu in three varieties.
Thick-cut slices of brioche bread are soaked in lightly-sweetened vanilla batter and grilled. The bananas foster variety is topped with a New Orleans Foster’s sauce made with sliced bananas, caramelized in a buttery brown sugar glaze. The berry variety has blueberries and strawberry topping with powdered sugar. The peaches and cream option includes sweetened sliced peaches, honey-roasted pecans and a vanilla cream drizzle.
