LEIRIA, PORTUGAL – Allma has launched Chlorella Crunches, a blend of rice cereals and Chlorella vulgaris powder that works as a snack or ingredient. Chlorella is a vegetable source of protein, including all nine of the essential amino acids. It contains omega-3 fatty acids, omega-6 fatty acids, complex carbohydrates, phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals.

Chlorella Crunches are available in a range of sizes, shapes and flavors and with varying concentrations of Chlorella. They may be eaten alone or included in a salty snack mix. They may be used as inclusions in such applications as yogurt, breakfast cereal, snack bars, soups and salads.
