“I am pleased to announce that, effective immediately, Brian Strouts will serve as the permanent vice-president,” Mr. Biane said. “Strouts’ leadership over the past several months has proven that he is the right person to lead the Baking and Food Technical Service organization.”

Mr. Strouts said it is an “exciting time at AIB” as the Institute focuses on how to better serve its customers.

“Our baking services staff has made great strides in updating some of our core offerings over the last six months, and we continue to move programs forward,” he said. “My goals for the future include building on the accomplishments to date and looking at new areas to improve programs and develop staff capabilities.”
