CANTON, MASS. — Dunkin’ Donuts, which has been steadily expanding its selection of breakfast sandwiches in recent years, on March 3 introduced an Eggs Benedict breakfast sandwich to its menu. The sandwich, which features an egg, Black Forest ham and a Hollandaise flavored spread on an English muffin, will be offered for a limited time nationwide at participating restaurants.

Dunkin's Eggs Benedict breakfast sandwich includes an egg, Black Forest ham and a Hollandaise spread on an English muffin.

As part of the kickoff of the new product, Dunkin’, in partnership with the American Egg Board, has agreed to donate one egg to Feeding America for every sandwich sold, between March 3 and 9, up to 750,000 eggs.

“Dunkin’ Donuts is committed to exploring new menu choices and differentiating our brand with innovative twists on familiar, favorite flavors,” said John Costello, Dunkin’ Brands president of global marketing and innovation. “Our new Eggs Benedict breakfast sandwich is a perfect example of how we are able to put a unique spin on a classic dish to deliver an exciting new option for our busy, on-the-go guests. We are especially proud to partner with America’s Egg Farmers for this particular launch, and we hope people will help us support Feeding America’s efforts to solve hunger by trying the new Eggs Benedict breakfast sandwich through March 9.”
