MUNCY, PA. — Kellogg Co. announced it will invest $15 million at its site in Muncy to expand and add a robotic packing line to serve the company’s club store customers. The facility makes grain-based convenience foods, including Pop-Tarts. Kellogg received a funding proposal from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, including $140,000 in guaranteed free training, which will be used for skills training for employees to learn how to operate the new line.
