King Arthur's flour will be used in MOD Pizza's 83 locations across the United States.

SEATTLE — King Arthur Flour has partnered with MOD Pizza to provide the flour for all MOD Pizza’s dough across the United States. The flour is 100% American grown and non-bioengineered.

“From the moment I learned about MOD Pizza, I knew immediately we would be great partners,” said Karen Colberg, co-chief executive officer of King Arthur. “Being 100% employee-owned, King Arthur Flour starts and ends with people, and together with MOD, we share the commitment to provide products and experiences of unparalleled quality. We believe in bringing people together and building stronger communities through baking, which is exactly what MOD Pizza offers to every community it enters. We are proud to supply MOD Pizza with the very key ingredient for their dough — the flour — and know it will serve as a great foundation for outstanding pizza.”

Scott Svenson, co-founder and c.e.o. of MOD, said the partnership with King Arthur is a natural fit because both companies are committed to putting people first and have “a shared passion for producing an inspired product.”

“At MOD, we believe in transparency, and when it comes to our food, we are committed to sourcing the very best ingredients while keeping the MOD experience affordable for families,” Mr. Svenson said. “It is important that our guests feel good about what they are eating, and we are always motivated by the fact that our kids eat here, too.”

Founded in 2008, MOD’s individual artisan-style pizzas are made on demand, allowing customers to create their own pizzas and salads, using fresh-pressed dough and signature sauces, for one price. Pizzas are hand-cooked in an 800-degree oven in less than three minutes. Salads are individually hand-tossed for each customer. The menu is rounded out with handspun milkshakes, house-made lemonades and iced teas, and local craft beers and wine. MOD has 83 locations in 12 states.
