CHICAGO – Tom McCurry of Cain Food Industries was approved as president of the Allied Trades of the Baking Industry for 2015-17 when the A.T.B.I. met during the American Society of Baking’s BakingTech 2015 in Chicago in early March.

Other offices for 2015-17 are John Hellman of McGahee Lacy & Associates as first vice-president, DJ LeCrone of LeMatic as second vice-president and Clay Miller of Burford as secretary treasurer. Elected to the board of directors were Phil Burris of D. Thomas & Associates, John Johansen of Malt Products, Ron Tremane of AB Mauri, Andy Meuller of Corbion, Brian Fatula of DSM, John Hink of Quality Bakery Products, DeNea Hombs of Rembrandt Foods, Bill Stouffer of Ardent Mills and Kirk Stehr of Grain Craft.
