WASHINGTON — Liz Claman, the anchor of the “Countdown to the Closing Bell” and “After the Bell,” daily financial programs on Fox Business Network, will speak this year during the annual meeting of the American Bakers Association.

Ms. Claman, who has been with Fox Business since October 2007, will speak during the afternoon session of the A.B.A. meeting March 30. The annual meeting will be held March 29-April 1 at the Ritz Carlton Orlando – Grande Lakes, Orlando, Fla.

“A.B.A. is pleased to have such an informed and well-respected anchor in the financial sector address our convention attendees,” said Robb MacKie, president and chief executive officer of the A.B.A. “This will be an opportunity to gain a unique perspective on the state of our economic environment and the lessons learned from some of our country’s greatest businessmen.”
