DALLAS — Corner Bakery Cafe has rolled out new flatbread sandwiches.
For the breakfast daypart, the bakery cafe has added Breakfast Power Flats. The new sandwiches feature a few of the more than 40 types of produce used daily at Corner Bakery Cafe. The sandwiches are made to order with scrambled eggs, cheddar and Parmesan cheeses on a grilled multigrain flatbread. The Power Flats lineup includes options such as avocado and spinach, Applewood smoked bacon and ham and spinach.
For the lunch and dinner daypart, Corner Bakery Cafe has added Grilled Flats, which are flatbread sandwiches offered in four varieties, all under 330 calories.
The Grilled Flats are available in southwest chicken, chicken Caesar, caprese and BBQ pork.“Our new menu category has disrupted the traditional flatbread so much that they should be called UNFlat,” said Ric Scicchitano, executive vice-president of food and supply chain at Corner Bakery Cafe. “Each of our flatbreads are overstuffed with fresh, mouthwatering ingredients, and we’re excited to introduce them to our guests as a new menu option.”
