DALLAS — Dave Jimenez has joined Cain Food Industries as West coast manager. During his 26 years in the bakery industry he has worked with Sara Lee Bakeries, Fresh Start and most recently Aryzta.

“Dave will add to our excellence in customer service and help Cain continue to deliver the finest ingredient solutions to the baking industry,” said Matt Feder, vice-president of sales and marketing for Dallas-based Cain, a supplier of dough conditioners, softeners, shelf life extenders, oxidizers, reducing agents, mold  inhibitors and sodium replacers.
