MEXICO CITY — Tna, provider of processing and packaging solutions, opened a new 10,225-square-foot facility in Mexico City. The new building includes a demonstration center that allows customers to see tna’s complete line of turnkey machinery in person.

“Through this all-new, hands-on environment, customers will be able to experience the latest technology in action and explore how the equipment can be used to handle their own products and help find the optimum solution to best fit their needs before placing the machines in  their factory,” said Patrick Avelange, vice-president for the Americas.

The new facility also will provide product-specific operator training covering safety, installation, trouble-shooting, cleaning and maintenance.

“With an expanded team of in-house experts, tna customers will benefit from enhanced regional support and services, including our world-class on-site training courses,” Mr. Avelange said. “In addition, our increased warehouse capacity allows us to provide local sourcing of spare parts for all our customers in the region, ensuring their lines are up and running again as quickly as possible in the event of any necessary maintenance or updates.”
