The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) is hosting an Exhibitors Meeting on Jan. 13, 2016, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The purpose of the meeting is to provide information, facts and money saving tips for those planning to exhibit at this year’s IBIE convention.
Presenters include representatives from Show Management, Freeman, Cox Business (telecommunications), Experient (registration), a2z software (match making software), Schenker (freight forwarder and customs broker) and various services available at the Convention Center. A brief tour of the exhibit halls will be available for new attendees. There is no registration fee to attend. A specific agenda will be sent out in January to those that have signed up to participate. The meeting will start at 7:30 a.m. with a continental breakfast, and presentations will start at 8:00 a.m. and should finish around 12:00 noon.
Badges will be available that morning for pick-up. The deadline for reserving a room in the allotted housing block is Dec. 28. Power Point presentation slides will be posted to the IBIE web site following the meeting under the Exhibitor Resource section for those who cannot attend. IBIE also will be offering periodic webinars in 2016 that will touch on these important tips and services.
