DANVERS, MASS. — Brian Wilson has joined Prova, Inc. as a food technologist who will assist in flavor development of both standard and customized applications. He also will be available for sensorial training as needed for a range of applications.

Mr. Wilson previously worked for Greencore USA, Del’s Lemonade and Autocrat, L.L.C. He received a bachelor’s of science in food science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

“Brian brings substantial industry experience, including a flavor industry background,” said Bill Graham, vice-president, sales North America for Prova, which makes vanilla, cocoa and coffee extracts and flavors for the food and beverage industry. “He has proven success in flavor creation and blending expertise and has had laboratory management experience. He has a working knowledge of the U.S. market and the impact of the latest trends.”
