Corner Bakery recently opened its first cafe in Washington.
DALLAS — Corner Bakery Cafe is expanding its presence in the Northwest, opening several restaurants with plans to add even more in the region through agreements with multi-unit franchises.
“We are fortunate to have such strong operators expanding the Corner Bakery brand in the Northwest and look forward to providing fresh, customizable options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner all at a great value to our guests,” said Frank Paci, chief executive officer of Corner Bakery.
The company said it opened a restaurant in Bozeman, Mont., on June 6; in Tukwila, Wash., on May 2; and in Hillsboro, Ore., on Feb. 29.
Looking ahead, Corner Bakery said it plans to open a total of 16 Corner Bakery Cafe locations throughout Washington with two more scheduled to open this summer. The restaurant chain also plans to open a total of 12 locations throughout Oregon and Vancouver, Wash., with the second Portland-area restaurant opening later this year.
