Baking & Snack multimedia editor Matt Hamer traveled to AIB International’s campus in Manhattan, Kas., for its All About Baking course. This week-long class is designed for those new to the baking industry or those in the industry who need to understand the basics of the baking process but aren’t directly involved with it on a daily basis.
