Flaxseed oil
Onavita may add omega-3 fatty acids to such applications as pasta sauces and dressings.

CHICAGO — Archer Daniels Midland Co. has introduced Onavita, a fully refined, non-bioengineered/non-G.M.O. flaxseed oil with alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fatty acid. The Food and Drug Administration considers products containing at least 160 mg per serving of ALA, like what is found in Onavita, to be a good source of omega-3 fatty acids.

Onavita is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It has been shown to work in a variety of products, ranging from pasta sauces to dressings.
