Didion Milling golf outing check
The event, which was sponsored by Novozymes, Rockwell Automation and Werner Electric Supply, raised $31,734 for Cambria’s Old Mill Foundation.

CAMBRIA, WIS. — Didion Milling hosted its 10th annual golf outing on Aug. 30 at the Tuscumbia Country Club in Green Lake, Wis. The event, which was sponsored by Novozymes, Rockwell Automation and Werner Electric Supply, raised $31,734 for Cambria’s Old Mill Foundation. The foundation works to enhance the lives of residents near the Village of Cambria, Township of Courtland, and Cambria-Friesland School District.

“This golf outing represents just one of many ways Didion gives back to the community,” said Dale Drachenberg, vice-president of risk management at Didion Milling. “And our Old Mill Foundation is a tremendous steward for the donation. Their past foundation grants have provided a wealth of local support — from school projects and youth activities to fire department rescue equipment.”

Over the past 10 years, Didion said it has helped raise more than $200,000 for the foundation. Foundation grants have addressed specific areas such as: learning and education, community enhancement, environment and recreation, community centers, youth activities, school projects and scholarships, parks and playgrounds, conservation, and fire department rescue needs.
