COVINGTON, KY. — Pro Mach Inc. has promoted Vince Tamborello to senior vice-president of the material handling group. Mr. Tamborello will report directly to Bret Ranc, president of Pro Mach’s secondary packaging business segment, which includes both the end-of-line and material handling groups. Mr. Tamborello most recently was vice-president and general manager of Benchmark Automation, which became a part of Pro Mach in September 2014.
Replacing Mr. Tamborello as Benchmark’s vice-president and general manager is Mike Rupert, promoted from his prior role as director of operations. Mr. Tamborello and Mr. Rupert founded Benchmark in 2001 in Athens, Ga., and have grown the business significantly, providing a variety of product handling equipment including infeeds, loaders, stackers, and shrink wrappers, as well as complete systems.
