“A.B.A. is fortunate to have a membership that recognizes the importance of engagement and joining their peers at the table to address the issues impacting the industry as well as to learn from one another,” said Robb MacKie, president and chief executive officer of the A.B.A. “The annual convention provides a valuable forum for these interactions. With the merger exploration of A.B.A. and the Biscuit & Cracker Manufacturers' Association (B.&C.M.A.) successfully moving forward, we also eagerly anticipate celebrating ‘Stronger Together’ with B.&C.M.A. as we look toward providing higher levels of service and value to our respective memberships as a new organization.”

The A.B.A. said it expects more than 500 of the baking industry’s leaders to come together for the 2017 convention, which will be preceded by the B.&C.M.A. Annual Convention co-located at the Boca Raton Resort & Club.
