Tracy Haskins, a 20-year Fazoli’s veteran, has advanced to the role of vice-president of finance and treasury, and Spencer Houlihan has rejoined the company in the newly created role of vice-president, financial planning and analysis, after a one-year hiatus. He began his career with Fazoli’s in 2008 as a senior financial analyst.

“The Fazoli’s brand is very fortunate to be starting off the year with such an impressive team guiding our finance department,” said Carl Howard, president and chief executive officer of Fazoli’s. “Tracy and Spencer are company veterans who have played an integral part in our success, while David brings a wealth of financial experience and expertise to the c.f.o. role. We are in the midst of capitalizing on incredible franchise growth and 15 consecutive quarters of positive same-store sales, and I can’t think of better leaders to be at the financial helm during this exciting time.”
