CHICAGO – The American Society of Baking inducted four more people into its Baking Hall of Fame on Feb. 27 during BakingTech 2017 in Chicago. Albert L. “Bud” Cason of Bud’s Best Cookies, Murray and Marvin Lender of Lender’s Bagels, and Joe Schwebel of Schwebel Baking Co. were honored this year. Mr. Cason and Marvin Lender accepted in person while Lee Schwebel accepted for his late father.
