SAN FRANCISCO — Swander Pace Capital has acquired the Passport Food Group, Ontario, Calif., a manufacturer of southeast Asian food products for the food service market, including noodles, wraps, crispy products and fortune cookies. Terms of the transaction were not announced.

Passport Food Group was previously owned by Wedbush Capital Partners. Some of Passport’s customers include Applebee’s, P.F. Chang’s, Panda Express, Cheesecake Factory, and Houlihan’s. The company’s food service products are sold under the Wing Hing and House of Bee brands.
