SCHIRMECK, FRANCE — Daniel Cortes has been named area sales manager, Latin America, for Mecatherm, Schirmeck. He will report directly to Cyril Munsch, sales director, and will settle in Mexico in order to best serve his clients. Mr. Cortes has a long history in the industry having held several sale positions with industrial baking companies.
