CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIF. — Organic flavor and ingredient manufacturer Blue Pacific Flavors has opened a new research and development laboratory, the Flavor Creation and Culinary Innovation Center, in City of Industry. The laboratory will handle all product development and flavor creation for the company’s operations in the United States and Asia.

The investment includes laboratories and offices for quality assurance, quality control, regulatory/product safety, research and development, and new equipment. Processing capabilities include a MicroThermics steam injection system with in-line homogenization and UHT clean-fill.
