For example, Rehrig Pacific Company created a branded returnable tray that exactly matched the color of a two-liter bottle from PepsiCo, Inc., Purchase, N.Y. In consumer testing against unbranded returnable packaging, it was determined that people showed a strong preference for soft drinks in branded reusable packaging products.
