Puratos has expanded its on-line services with the launch of its Virtual Innovation Center. The new platform provides customers with one-on-one assistance during product development.
“With our Virtual Innovation Center, we are proud to offer a service based on state-of-the-art technologies while at the same time keeping the human contact with our experts, which no technology can replace,” said Daniel Malcorps, chief executive officer of Puratos.
Within the service, customers can live chat with international and local technical support during specific timeframes to solve problems encountered during product development. A virtual adviser is also accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week to offer bakers advice on their finished goods. In addition, a database with more than 180 recipes is available.
