KANSAS CITY — Grain-based foods makers are introducing line extensions of their popular product lines, from new flavors to seasonal additions to organic options.

Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc. is adding a new variety to its line of Sara Lee Artesano bread. New Sara Lee Artesano Golden Wheat Bread is made with a touch of honey, olive oil and sea salt and has 100 calories per slice. The bread contains no high-fructose corn syrup, artificial colors or artificial flavors.

General Mills is giving two of its major cereal brands the holiday treatment. Cocoa Puffs and Lucky Charms will now be available in limited-edition seasonal flavors. New Hot Cocoa Cocoa Puffs feature chocolate-flavored corn puffs and marshmallows. New Cinnamon Vanilla Lucky Charms feature frosted cinnamon oat cereal with snowman- and snowflake-shaped marshmallows.

Bob’s Red Mill is expanding its line of oatmeal cups to include four organic options. The new U.S.D.A.-certified organic oatmeal cups are made with gluten-free ingredients, including whole grain rolled oats and stone-ground Scottish-style oats, and contain seven grams of protein or more per serving. Varieties include: classic, cranberry orange, fruit and seed, and pineapple coconut.
