Cheese twists

New cheese formats featured at the show are positioned as high-protein, low-carbohydrate alternatives to traditional salty snacks.

Twist Cheez are flavored tendrils of unripened firm cheese with bold seasonings such as hickory smoke, barbecue and jalapeño.

Cheese Fusions from Norseland, Inc. feature bites of Monterey jack, pepper jack or mild cheddar cheese in flavors including smoked chipotle, buffalo, habanero and sour cream and onion. The products may be consumed as an on-the-go snack or a topping on salads, soups, chili or nachos.

Cheesewich features two slices of cheese and a slice of hard salami. The ready-to-eat snack is available in provolone, mild cheddar, Colby jack and pepper jack varieties.
