Lucky Charms Frosted Flakes
The new Lucky Charms Frosted Flakes cereal will swap in frosted flakes for the traditional oat pieces.

MINNEAPOLIS — General Mills, Inc. appears set to put a twist on its popular Lucky Charms cereal with the debut of Lucky Charms Frosted Flakes. While General Mills has not confirmed the release date of the cereal, the product is currently listed on www.instacart.com.

Nutritional details suggest the cereal contains 120 calories, 170 mg of sodium and 10 grams of sugar per serving.

Lucky Charms were introduced in 1964 and remained unchanged until the launch of Chocolate Lucky Charms in 2005. Over the past decade, General Mills has periodically switched out the marshmallow bits as part of limited-edition varieties.
