Subway promotes Steinwand to director of global ops

Tracy Steinwand has been promoted to director of global operations at Subway.

MILFORD, CONN. — Tracy Steinwand has been promoted to director of global operations at Subway. In her new role, Ms. Steinwand will be responsible for all aspects of Subway’s global operations, including restaurant and field operations, as well as transforming the customer experience in the restaurant.

Additionally, Ms. Steinwand will continue to lead the Learning and Development team. Most recently, she was director of franchisee services, and she also was regional director for Australia and New Zealand for eight years. She began her career at Subway as a field consultant in Alberta in 1993.
