In the lobby of the Servon-sur-Vilaine bakery, visitors get barraged by plaque after plaque recognizing Bridor for its commitment to producing award-winning baked goods.

In January, the baking company received the 2015 Grand Prix SIRHA Innovation award for its new line of gluten-free products made with rice flour, buckwheat and millet. The fully baked, individually wrapped items just need to be defrosted, then reheated in either a microwave or an oven.

SIRHA is the world hospitality and foodservice event held every year in Lyon, France.
