HERZA Schokolade, Hamburg, Germany, teamed with its sister company SternLife, a producer of food supplements, to create reduced-calorie and low-fat nutrition bars with a variety of chocolate coatings. The 35 g sport bars contain 20 to 35% protein, and the energy bars are designed to be high in carbohydrates. The company also manufactures meal replacement and snack bars.
