The Gemini/W&P high-speed bread moulders can be equipped with magnetic pan indexing and 80-in.-long hinged pressure boards. The rotating centering guides on the infeed make sure the dough piece is properly centered before entering the sheeting head. A recently designed double dough ball eliminator reduces cripples. Each sheeting head is equipped with three sets of 5.7-in. diameter sheeting rollers. A unique design allows the bottom sheeting rollers to be equipped with independent AC variablespeed adjustment so each product and weight can be programmed to achieve the proper shape and dough thickness before curling and moulding.
