New to the FreshBakes line from Bake’n Joy, North Andover, MA, are ready-to-bake muffin batters. The freezer-to-oven product comes with cream cheese or Bavarian cream filling already deposited inside the batter. Using Bake ‘N Joy’s Ultra Moist formula as a base, the muffins are available in three flavors: Double Chocolate Cream Cheese, Carrot Cream Cheese and Boston Cream. Designed for ease of use in food service and in-store bakery applications, the batter comes pre-measured on paper-lined plastic carrier trays, which the user discards after transferring the batter to traditional muffin pans for baking.
